COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything You Need to Know

ESTIMATES

I GOT AN ESTIMATE FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

First stop of the process has been completed! Give us a call to get scheduled. From there you can either bring in that copy or email it to us.
We work closely with a variety of different insurance companies so we may even be able to get assignment sent directly to us and make the process easier for you.

DO I REALLY NEED TO GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE?

No, it is your legal right to choose where you want to get your vehicle repaired and once you choose your shop, let your insurance know.

ARE ESTIMATES FREE?

Yes, we offer free estimates to every customer. Give us a call at (580) 234-5492 to get scheduled for an estimate appointment or go to the online estimate button on our page to submit one from the comfort of your home.

DO I NEED AN ESTIMATE IF I HAVE PROGRESSIVE, STATE FARM OR FARMERS?

No, we are the preferred shop for the Progressive, State Farm and Farmers!
Customers going through the insurance companies mentioned above do not require an estimate to start the process. If you have your claim filed already, give us a call and we can get those vehicle repairs scheduled and started right away. No estimate is needed, we work directly with them and they trust us 100%.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ESTIMATE?

Estimates usually take 10-15 minutes. We make sure to go over any of your questions or concerns. We want customers to trust us and feel confident in their decision to repair their vehicle here. So this is your appointment, your time, do not be afraid to ask any questions.

DO YOU WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?

Yes, we work with any and every insurance company. No matter what, we will take care of you!

TOWING

My car isn't drivable, can I get it towed to the shop?

Yes! You can call any tow company of your choice and get it towed here at 3121 N Van Buren Enid, Ok 73703

We can also set up the tow if you would like instead. We'll just need the location of where the vehicle is located and key in the vehicle at the time of pick up.

Who do I pay for vehicle being towed?

If you are going through insurance, the tow bill will be billed directly to them. If you decide to pay out of pocket, the tow bill will be added to the final bill and due at the time the collision repair is complete.

RENTAL

How can I get a rental?

If a rental is needed we can help set up the rental reservation with Enterprise Rent-A-Car located here in Enid.

Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.

INSURANCE

What is a deductible and how do I know if I have to pay one?

A deductible is determined by your insurance policy with your insurance company. If your repair is going through your insurance then it will be the amount your insurance company and you have agreed upon.

If you were not at fault and the repair is going through the other party's insurance, then you will not have a deductible.

What do I need to schedule my repair?

All you need is your claim number that you will obtain when you report your accident to insurance and provide us with the estimate if insurance has written one prior to dropping off.

PAYMENTS

When do I pay my deductible and when is my deductible due?

You will pay your deductible when the repairs are complete. The insurance check issued will be minus your deductible amount, if you have one. Your deductible is due when you pick up your vehicle.

At the time you pick up your vehicle you will pay the deductible amount to Enid Auto Body. If you are expecting your deductible to be reduced or waived we suggest you contact your insurance carrier and confirm prior to picking up your vehicle.

When is my final payment due?

Payment is due at the time the repair is complete. Please bring any insurance checks with you and your deductible – if you are going through insurance. If you want, you are able to simply sign the check over to us and do not need to deposit it into your account.

Can you help me bury my deductible?

No. When you purchased your insurance policy, you signed a contract saying you will pay the first amount of the claim up to your deductible. Repairers should not be asked to hide the deductible. That practice would constitute fraud by both the shop and consumer. The penalties for insurance fraud are severe. If a shop offers to save your deductible, they are absorbing that at your cost. They are not doing the said repairs in order to make up for your deductible. This could lead to unsafe and unsatisfactory repairs which will ultimately cost you, at some point.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment, including all major credit cards. Credit cards will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. We do require full payment at time of completion.

REPAIR PROCESS

How long will the collision repair process take?

There are many factors to consider when estimating length of time for the repairs; like part availability, paint and material dry times and availability of specific equipment within our facility. We understand that you depend on your transportation and we work very hard to complete the repair in a timely manner.

Will my vehicle drive the same?

Vehicles with frame or suspension damage will require a two or four-wheel alignment. We have specifications on every vehicle to ensure that the frame or unibody is returned to its pre-accident condition.

Will my color match?

With our highly skilled professionals and color matching technology, we are able to reproduce the finish on your vehicle. We only use the highest quality paint.

Do you guarantee your work at your body shop?

Yes. We have a limited lifetime warranty on all of our work for as long as you own the vehicle. It is important to know that your body shop is only partly responsible for a warranty on your repair, NOT your insurance company.
