The first step of the process has been completed! Give us a call to get scheduled. From there you can either bring in that copy or email it to us.

DO I REALLY NEED TO GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE?

 

No, It is your legal right to choose where you want to get your vehicle repaired. Let Insurance know you choose The Auto Body Team.

 

ARE CONSULTATIONS FREE?

 

Yes, The Auto Body Team offers free estimates, however in many situations they are unnecessary. Schedule a consultation and our team can assist with the repair process. Or use our free photo assessment tool.

 

DO I NEED AN ESTIMATE IF I HAVE PROGRESSIVE, STATE FARM, FARMERS, ETC.?

 

No, The Auto Body Team is the preferred shop for the Progressive, State Farm, Farmers, USAA, American Family, Allstate and Mercury! 
Customers going through the insurance companies mentioned above do not require an estimate to start the process. If you have your claim filed already, give us a call and we can get those vehicle repairs scheduled and started right away. No estimate is needed, our team works directly with them, and they trust us 100%.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CONSULTATION?

 

Consultations take 10-15 minutes. Our Team will explain the repair process and offer any claim assistance as needed.

 

DO YOU WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?

TOWING

 

My car isn't drivable; can I get it towed to the shop?

 

Yes! You can call any tow company of your choice and get it towed to us.

Our Team can also set up the tow if you would like instead. We'll just need the location of where the vehicle is located and key in the vehicle at the time of pick up.

 

Who do I pay for my vehicle being towed?

 

If you are going through insurance, the tow bill will be billed directly to them. Otherwise, The Auto Body Team will cover the towing expense, add it to the final invoice and seek reimbursement if necessary.

How can I get a rental?

If a rental is needed, The Auto Body Team can help set up the rental reservation.

What is a deductible and how do I know if I have to pay one?

 

A deductible is the agreed co-pay when you purchased your policy. Payable to repair facility of your choice once repairs are completed. If not at fault (claimant), and the other party accepts liability, you should not have any out-of-pocket expenses.

 

What do I need to schedule my repair?

 

For most insurance companies, all you need is the claim number that was provided from the insurance company at the time of reporting claim. Our customer care team will assist you with every step of the way. This means rental assistance, communications, and all questions answered.

PAYMENTS

 

When do I pay my deductible and when is my deductible due?

 

Your deductible and any insurance payments issued to you are due once repairs are completed and at pick up of vehicle. â€‹

 

What types of payment do you accept?

 

We accept all forms of payment. 3.5% processing fee will be applied to any credit or debit transaction.
